    It is I, TwistingTiger4, and I have returned! :D

What's new is...I'm now a yellow belt in Hapkido.

Butmy question is about kicking. Anyone have experience kicking while sitting or down on the ground(like on your knees)?

    Kick It

I can kick the heck out of a shin, knee, or possibly the groin with my right leg. The left is barely good enough to keep me from falling on my rear. I can kick, and pull some take downs with my legs if I'm on the ground. I can also throw a serious knee trap from the ground. As far as kicking from a kneeling position, I can't see how that could be done effectively. Kicking from a seated position can be effective if the leg is strong. I'm not sure if this reply is what you're looking for, but I hope I helped. BTW, congrats on the yellow belt. Keep training hard.
