Three great articles! I'm looking forward to Part Two of The Monk from Brooklyn. And thirty-one different stretches -- definitely something I need!

One question -- I can get to these articles by clicking on the links, but I don't see them anywhere in the lists of magazine articles when I actually go to the magazine. Am I missing something?

There is 2 pages to the articles section if you look at the heading you will see page 1 - page 2 :)

The Monk from Brooklyn is brilliant. Love the humour. I can't wait for part two.

Off to read Dave and Debs articles now

Some lovely stretches and loosening exercises from Deb.

Zazen is the same as Lotus position?

I've never been able to do this, and I hate everyone who can. ;)

No - Zazen is done is Seiza - a kneeling position.

thanks Yoda for clarifying that.... Andy do a half lotus if you find it difficult.
Like the link Yoda posted says... "What is most important in zazen is what you do with your mind, not what you do with your feet or legs!"

KC, I can barely sit with my legs crossed, let alone do a half locust. :D

A half locust? Couldn't you eat the whole thing?
