We have a new article from Dave Green Safe and Effective Training and an article from Antonio Graceffo about his time training in the Shaolin temple in China The Monk From Brooklyn, an American at the Shaolin Temple (Part One) Last but by no means least is a stretching guide from the lovely Debs Martial Arts Warm-up and Stretching Program My thanks to all the authors for a wonderfull selection
Three great articles! I'm looking forward to Part Two of The Monk from Brooklyn. And thirty-one different stretches -- definitely something I need! One question -- I can get to these articles by clicking on the links, but I don't see them anywhere in the lists of magazine articles when I actually go to the magazine. Am I missing something?
There is 2 pages to the articles section if you look at the heading you will see page 1 - page 2 Cooler
The Monk from Brooklyn is brilliant. Love the humour. I can't wait for part two. Off to read Dave and Debs articles now
Some lovely stretches and loosening exercises from Deb. Zazen is the same as Lotus position? I've never been able to do this, and I hate everyone who can.
thanks Yoda for clarifying that.... Andy do a half lotus if you find it difficult. Like the link Yoda posted says... "What is most important in zazen is what you do with your mind, not what you do with your feet or legs!"
