:bow1: Black Belt Candidate that is cheers to all the crew at map whos input on diet/supplements/flexability training and a zillion other things id have had concerns about. My 1st kup gradeing seemed to be derailed over the past 3 months with class closures and injury problems and must confess Ive found it harder then I thought comming back after the christmas break and have still to find the genral fitness i had last summer:weightlifter:! but hey it finally happened:hat: last night Its took me a whole day to come down from the fatigue and bizzy head at the same time, im sure you guys know what i mean anyways i see im rambling a bit on the first couple of stella's since xmas, cheerz again maper's bests kamau
