John McAleese passes away.

    Just read this.

    For those too young to remember, Sgt John McAleese led the SAS Iranian Embassy siege in 1980.

    His son died in Afghanistan also serving the UK armed forces.

    We should never forget the bravery and courage of the Armed Forces who do the work for our country that we would not easily do, and without their efforts, we would be in a worse place.
