Hey folks, i start my new weight routine this week doing the 5 x 5 workout using the altenate routines of: A) Squat 5 x 5 B) Squat 5 x 5 Overhead Press 5 x 5 Bench Press 5 x 5 Deadlift 1 x 5 Clean and press/barbell rows 5 x 5 Pull ups 5 x to failure Barbell curls 5 x5 i will alternate between these every other day. does this routine look ok? and should i do the clean and press or the barbell rows? if anyone has any suggestions on how i can improve this or any other advice it would be gladly recieved. cheers Dave
