Hey, I used this workout some years ago, but had difficulty reaching the indicated reps on some exercises (especially the 100 hindu squats and 100 bootstrappers), while easily attaining those in others (2 pull ups are a piece of cake). However, I did like the exercises in them. What does this disbalance say about me or this training regime?
