Is this a good routine for Martial Arts conditioning?

    Ah that's brilliant, thanks for the advice :)

    Is there a benefit to splitting your strength days into just upper or lower body? The only reason I ask is most weeks I only get to work out twice, maybe 3 times if I'm lucky, so there more I can do in a day the better for me.

    I'm going to take your advice, and use this for the progressions:

    i think i might do that program once back at uni
