intro

hi all

not been on this site for a while alot has changed so i think i had better give myself a intro.. i am ash i am 21 from norfolk and am into wado ryu freestyle karate..

I currently do Shotokan and selfdefence as my core MA (graded) adn Arnis for fun.

I'm only 6th Kyu...When do you go for your Dan Grade?

i dont think i will be taken my dan grade for a while coz i have been out of training for a year..its gonna take a while to get back to how i used to be..what are ya into chazz?????
