Interesting free programming course

    Joel Jamison one of the original S&C MMA coaches has put a free three part video course on how to program for recovery and limit injuries and lack of progression.

    Interesting for Combat athletes as it shows how easy it is to overtrain and how hard it is to actually recover from training.

    He is using it to sell his latest HRV product but it's still very interesting
