I'm still officially recuperating but things are much better now. It is quite scary looking back at how ill I was. Started training again at the start of February and I'm finding it very hard physically. Don't know if it's the meds or that I'm just really unfit. I have a lot to work on training wise but it's all stuff you have to learn by doing it. I'm hoping to be able to continue training and also be able to get back into some kind of work that won't make me ill.
