And about males being blamed... it's been proven that most males have stronger sex drives than women. So I guess people automatically check the guy out for foul play before the woman. That's just my take on it.

Its a bs law anyway which is pretty much impossible to police.

Unless the father of the girl (or guy) comes forward and screams foul play, I seriously doubt the police would even care if two minors were getting busy.

 

Someone actually has to press charges, and the state/government isn't likely to. Usually in the U.S. it's the parents or relatives who press charges.
