Yo, i am trying to import a cd into my ipod nano (1st generation if you must know). Once i see the CD in iTunes, i try to drag it in, but it won't let me. BTW, i have the settings on Manually Manage Music. Oh, i am using the latest iTunes version. Thanx.
When you say "Won't let you", can you be a little more specific? Is there an error message? If so, what does it say? Does it act like it's responding but then nothing happens? etc.
Once disk is inserted and Itunes finds it you need to click on the Import cd button bottom right. Once thats done you drag and drop it from your Itunes library.
I was under the impression that the latest edition of iTunes automatically imported the CD into the iTunes library when inserted.
