I want a Brabus Rocket (see below)as my every day car. And a Buggatti Veyron 16.4 as my weekend car. Can anyone spare(?) the change ?
Nope,I think everyone should chip in and get me my Clio Sport 197 first, far far cheaper! Failing that I did want a TVR but that was before the Russian teenager ruined them! :woo:
Shhhhh Verx, you're not even old enough to drive. Super cars are great but at least I would be able to drive my Clio sport around without spending £500 a day on fuel!
Thats why they are called super cars Su. And why dream of an every-day car (even though your Clio doesn't exactly fit that category)when you can rather have a car that fulfills three requirements with ease- luxurious, very fast and good enough to seat a family. After all, its a saloon.
What the heck is that CF? Tandem Deadlifts? WTH? Now they're making weightlifting a partnered event? What's next? Team sparring? Oh.... Wait..... My bad! Sorry
If I was doing a tandem deadlift and only pulled 200Kg I would probably curl up in the foetal position, then starting crying* while slowly rocking myself. *Manly crying
I know! It struck me as odd when I first saw it. Surely that's going to cause all sort of imbalance problems? I can't think of a good reason for doing it other than trying to make weightlifting a team sport.
Not necessarily. You'd probably still feel quite good about yourself if you had one of these guys as a partner.
That could be the ONLY reason for doing it! My God! Weightlifting is for PERSONAL growth and development. Not Bob and Tom's group development! Sheesh! I want this to stop! Forget my first post! :bang:
I know, I was just being flippant. Again. Even with my GF I think there's a fair chance of pulling 200 in a tandem lift, I just don't know what the point would be other than numbers.
