Hi All, Hope im not stirring the pot here but im kind of curious about a few things. 1- If a school follows the Tang Fong Lineage do they necessarily have to do the forms passed down by Tang Fong? Or just follow the training principles? 2- How would I know if the forms we do are actually from Tang Fongs lineage and not something else? 3- Ive done some research on the lineage but dont really see much out there. Where have you done your research? If you feel I have missed something. Please feel free to let me know.
Hi Jamez, 1) Both 2) Hand forms will typically be Gung Ji Fook Fu, Fu Hok Seung Ying, Ng Ying and Tid Sin, I think some schools do a form called shooting star fist as well 3) Yees Hung Gar are the most well known source for info
