Hi, I'm a returning martial artist.... did Shotokan about 15 years ago while at school (got to brown), came back to MA at uni, where I practiced WTF Taekwondo for a couple of very unfruitful years (injuries, commitment issues etc), dabbled in kickboxing and muay thai for a few months... then fell off the fitness/MA wagon completely! I returned to TKD about 3 years ago, but again, wasn't ready to commit, so only stuck it out for a few months. Got distracted with roller derby, did that for a year.... had a break...a long think.... realised I missed MA a helluva lot. So. I am going back to my old club, with a fresh mind and renewed spirit. The difference being this time, I actually want to be there and for the long term. So hi!
