I want to get more intense during my workout. Is there a way I can get this kind of energy? I won't have access to music all the time so I need other strategies. Thanks!
what sort of workouts do you like to get hyped up for? If I'm lifting heavy I'll usually do some sort of heavy breathing before, with growing? (That's how I could best describe it). Other than that, sprints I usually go for more of a focused approach, long slow breaths. Similar for heavy sparring, or competing.
If I'm already warm then I find a couple of tuck jumps get me in the zone. Imagine the exercise you're about to do, and imagine bossing it. Forget who is around, and what you can see. Focus entirely on the exercise.
