I have trained in Karate and Kick boxing in the past and want to get back into kick boxing but all my local schools seem to either only have "Cardio kick boxing" or just Muay Thai classes that seem unwelcoming and more focused on MMA type training. I enjoy KB but I'm not trying to make a living out of it i just enjoy the sport. whats the best way to choose a school? Am i just feeling old due to the fact I'm restarting again at 33? I'm out of the Corona, CA area in the USA so if anyone has good tips on a school let me know, thanks.

If you're willing to make the trek to Fullerton the STX program at CSW is really good and offers the best of all worlds really. It's fusion of boxing, Muay Thai and Savate gives a great balance of power and finesse.

Age is only a number my friend we have plenty of students around that age and they are all kicking butt.
