hips

    i pulled a groin muscle skiing (i know you all can imagine the agony), and i am having some difficulty getting my hips to roll over properly for a good hard roundhouse. any drills or pointers to help?

    What does the sports physio say?

    I'm assuming you can at least walk?
    u need to keep that area relaxed and heated (warm towel) and well rested before you try any other activity. and then later on perhaps ease in with some light stretches after walking first. Start with baby stretches just ease into a comfortable zone, hold it and let go. Don't go nuts and bounce around or you will never heal.
    Also see a physical therapist about it if you want.

    Try snowboarding next time.
