The Hindu temple in town has Hindi classes for $25. I have no real interest in speaking Hindi, but at the moment I know nothing of it, and this would be a chance to learn, plus $25 is very cheap. I don't have any practical use for it or anything, should I sign up?
No interest in it, no practical application? ( I can think of one, you and my wife can talk about me, in front of me, and I wouldn't know what you guys were saying)... heck, go for it. You never know. You might decide to take a trip to India someday and can impress people when you get in a rickshaw and give directions. PS: What town?
Well, you don't need a practical use to learn it, do it for fun, an extra thing to learn in life is worth it, especially if it's cheap But if you hate learning it it's another matter altogether |Cain|
I speak Hindi - beautiful language... Plus, if you learn it, you can get into the whole Bollywood scene!
