I thought it's about time I posted, My name is Paul I did six month of judo as a boy then gave up, when my eldest son was eight we started Taekwondo together but after 3 years we moved and I could not find a school near me so in 2002 started shotokan Karate with the Minakami bushido karate dojo Harpenden training with Sensi Owens.
