Firstly great site and loads of interesting information. I'm 36 from the UK and have just started Tae Kwon Do, probably not the ideal starting age but I'm really enjoying it. My only issue is very poor flexibility when kicking... but i am determined to read, learn and stretch. I have a feeling it will be a long struggle but up for the challenge. Fairly good shape as a regular gym goer. Just wanted to say hi!
