    I'll be mma'ing next week mate, need to get some no gi in before the comp. I'll be around Saturday though too try the voodooplata

    Went shooting today so a bit of walking bit of standing

    Evening

    5x 5 reps 24kg Kettlebell snatches

    Traditional JuJitsu

    3 Hour session including 1 Hour grading.

    Session was mainly throws and joint locks - I am rubbish at throwing..

    Grading was:
    Breakfalls
    Standup Technique
    Throw Technique
    Locks, Chokes, Strangles

    Theory of methods of striking with application.

    4x 3 Minute rounds (2x Rolling 2x Standup) with no rest inbetween & fresh opponants

    Morning Sprints

    Evening BJJ class
    Managed to roll mostly in my weight class today for the upcoming comp.

    Karate Class 3hrs

    Mostly spent time doing drills and Kata, I had to Uke for my Girlfriend for her grading which was nice..

    5/2/14

    Kickboxing Class

    Combination techniques, a few of the guys are competing this weekend so ramped up training.

    Bonus Workout
    After Kick boxing one of the Bjj'ers (Purple) and Pro MMA guys we rolling no-gi so I joined in alternating opponents, My ankle made a horrific crack sound in rubber guard which seems ok ish today but will monitor...
