Help me gain strength.

    Im currently doing 3 sets of 5 reps. I've started breakdancing so i want to increase my strength like bruce lee without turning into a fat bulky man. :D jk hehe I have my routine sorted its all compound movements and some gymnastics holds. On a tue, thur and sat. Alternating between 2 workouts.

    Workout A Squats, pullups, dips, romanian deadlifts.
    Workout B Pistols, Front lever progression, glute ham raises, ab wheel.

    I practice handstands GTG.

    How many weeks should I stay with this rep range?
    How long should I stay with these exercises?
    Will I improve doing this for X weeks, have a week off then do it again?
