Hapkido it's just like taekwondo all the words are the same.

And the wrist locks are similar to jujitsu.

Currently i am doing hapkido 4 times a week

and tkd twice a week.

Yeah, haha, you will find that things cross over a lot in martial arts.

 

I feel so enriched....who would have thought that a korean art would have similar terms to a korean art

C'mon, guys... If the OP is a newbie like he claims to be, such stuff as he shared CAN be an amazing revelation (or have you forgotten?). I always preferred to associate with the *kinder/gentler* type of MAists as opposed to the cynical snipers this thread seems to have attracted. :woo:

Thanks, Kuma. I did take a peak at his MAP bio sheet (and figured the long list of stuff was more of a wannabe or wish-list sorta thing), but didn't bother to go read some of his other posts.
