Hi, Not so long ago (3 months ago) I tore my right hamstring. It has healing fine but now I have found another problem, my other hamstring starts to hurt when I run. Both of my hamstrings feel like fire. Any advice? Thanks.
Do you warm up? Do you wear general trainers or proper running shoes for running? Do you warm down? How far are you running, how often and at what pace? Quite a lot of running injuries can be caused by 'wrong' or worn-out running shoes. I know when my running shoes are worn out and need changing ...... I start to get knee pain when running. As soon as a wear a new pair of the same running shoes the pain goes away completely. Weird with a beard, but very true. Cheers.
