A friend recomended going to the gym to keep fitness and strength levels up as this would be great help with MA. Can anyone here recomened a good routine to get started with, including number of sets and reps. Thanks

do you have any history of injuries that we should be aware of? not all routines you can follow since each routine has to be personalized
