What ranges of fighting does your style/club train in to a competant level.

Do you think your training is adequate / for your style / your game plan / self defence ?

I train in the lot as to me they are critical

Least important is the weapons but to me it still has a fair amount of years training devoted to it.

striking is the ultimate weapon for conflicts. intercepting strikes.

Whoo, I'm glad I can click all of them - and not just for my Ninjutsu club, my Hapkido one does all of them too... whoo!

Striking isn't the 'ultimate weapon' - nothing is an 'ultimate weapon'. Striking is a weapon in an arsenal of weapons. The ultimate weapon is a sub machine gun :)

    Everything all at once :)

Weapons becomes more thought than actual application of weapons.

The rest is done with gloves and mouth guard :)
Worst feeling ever - getting hit in the head while not being able to move your hands.

Groundfighting. We could use more actual hands on training in that. For myself, I know my skills are adequate. No great, but enough to get me one over the average Joe, but I doubt anyone else I train with (except the instructors) have any ground fighting skills at all. Could be wrong, but I doubt it. Especially since I have trained with most of them for a few years.

My friends spar with me and they do various arts, most of them Kendo, Aikido and Jujitsu. And I do quite a few arts so I think I am well rounded in everything, my worst feild would have to be groundfighting because none of my arts cover it but I still work on it with my friends.
