Hapkido is entirely composed of biting, eye gouging, fish hooks, groin strikes, small joint manipulations, hair pulling, head butting, etc., etc. and defenses against such strikes. It is totally unprepared for a jab or cross.

I will let you train in your sport and i will continue to train for self defense, after watching i was disappointed. basically what you have is strong men in great shape working basic skills. any one of our professional Boxers would of taken anyone of these guys out very quickly. I love the Brazilian jujitsu because it show,s an advanced fighting system and they use japanese jujitsu but have spent more time creating new methods. and Now we have EDDie Bravo rubber guard where he created more. when a person fights he fights like he train,s it becomes natural not something where i gotta worry about the rules and once again small circle jujitsu is banned and many other techniques. oh and by the way that is how we trained only with 10 oz gloves it is nothing new. i will say that the smaller guys are the best at Brazilian jujitsu they look like wrestler,s and go from one move to another. what is the sense of watching just another boxing match that they kick the guy in the knee?? its ok for the street but it lacks honor in a sport. too many great fighter have there career in UFC ruined from that alone.
