I was just wondering if you guys can give me a list of goju ryu katas from white belt to black belt and a link that has a guide of katas. thanks
Themachine Most Goju associations start their kata at Gekisai-Dai Itch/Gekisai Itch but some start with kihon (basic) kata, such as Kihon Itch, Kihon Ni, Gedan, Kakie Itch, Mawashi Itch, Kihon San.
