With the L-sits you really want to be careful... it's a major cause of immediate and MASSIVE cramps in the rectus femoris muscles unless eased into over a scale of time.

Haha i have seen this stuff before and its amazing! A full front planche is hard as it is... but a muscle up slow... crazy!!! only thing is, the angle at which is wrists bends at is scaring the hell out of me! Its like its going to snap!!!
awesome. I've been throwing in some gymnatic stuff, working on front and back leavers, not the easiest at over 200lbs. That lad on the table is crazy, i'm stunned.
