Halloween is here, what sort of costumes is everyone wearing to frighten the young? I'm all set, going to be one of the scariest things ever The traditional martial artist Got the hakama and gi all set... PS: What fun is halloween if no one flames you
Yeah I thought of that too.... but figured the lycra Vale tudo shorts would scare em a littl too much
I like scarying kids when they're guising by saying 'I'm sorry I don't have any sweets, do you want a piece of fruit instead?' Or their parents, 'I'm sorry I don't have any sweets, do you want a beer instead?'
I'm going to dress up as a Canadian MMA-er and run around scaring small judoka and karateka by telling them make believe horror stories about Kata. Sorry, couldn't resist
I am toning it down a bit this year... last year I was Sharon Osborne and tonight I am going to be Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz..... (ruby slippers and all!) .... pretty scary huh?
I don't know kickchick, I saw a slightly altered Dorothy outfit, that was abit on the risque side yesterday on a popup, I'll just say there was a garter belt involved.....
I am going to go to the dojo with my pumpkin, donate it to Andrew since I doubt he has one there. This could all be foiled though if my parents make me hand out candy . In that case I will dress up as a boxer and give myself a black eye. I figure I won't even need make up for it, if I follow YODA's shadow boxing technique
I went last night to my dojo Halloween party as Pure Evil. Not much of a costume though, just wore black and toned down my big hair so the horns would show. To think, people thought I did my hair in this teased, brown football because I was stuck in the 80's!
I have told al lmy student to bring a mask tonight for training. I think the youngest is 17 while the oldest is 57?? This should be interesting, will post photos next week!
Don't think there's much chance of anyone showing up in costume for my Tai Chi class tonight. So I'll wear what I always wear -- black pants, black t-shirt (nobody misses trick or treating by showing up for class, BTW -- T or T was held last Sunday).
