While those are two excellent cardio options, I don't think it necessarily qualifies as sticky-worthy. It it only 2 links. Now, you wrangle up 10 or 15 effective links to different programs and specify their goals, and I'll gather those other 2 H&F Mod guys and we'll consider it.
