One I do as a warm up is to get people to lay their belts on the floor and then do various movement patterns up and down. Facing up and across the belt. For example... Bunny hops, Zig zags (side to side and backwards and forwards), skip stance changes, jump spins, leg crosses, etc etc. Then a bit of freestyle at the end where you mix all the variations up.
