Ok, it's dinner time here....I'm BBQ'n some Brats and drinking some beer....so what else is everyone having or had?
I'm planning to cook some Thai food later. Though the stuffed chicken wings sound very tiresome to make. Everything else is "bung in the bowl and heat it with flames underneath"
Spinach and eggplant veggie lasagna. Because "we" are eating healthier as of last Friday. Despite my skepticism it was very good. Although BBQ brats sounds great!
I wish it were Popeye's Chicken. Been wanting some for two weeks now but can't really go out and get it myself because I'm messed up physically. First time the wife went to go for me the Popeye's near our home randomly closed shop. Second time she went a few days later the Popeye's in another location was closed . . . . . at 6:30 PM.
The next attempt is Saturday. We have it planned, and the wife better believe I'll be waking her up at 12:00 PM to make sure she is there in a timely manner to get a 12 piece, spicy.
Whaaat? I need to bake you some cookies. Tandoori chicken with rice before heading to the gym for me.
this made me sad. do you have equipment? you need a pot, a cutting board, a knife. ingredients are some chicken, a carrot, an onion, a stalk of celery and salt. when i say "some chicken", could mean a couple chicken thighs, or a chicken breast, or a couple chicken wings or legs. anything you like. if the bone is included, even better. here an improvement on canned soup... add chicken to pot. cover with water. bring to a boil. once boiling, lower temperature until slightly bubbling. test chicken with fork. when done remove chicken. while chicken is cooking, cut a carrot, an onion, a stalk of celery into small pieces. add to broth after removing chicken. cut cooked chicken into small pieces. add back into your broth currently bubbling with veggies. turn heat off when veggies are soft. add salt until you like how it tastes. total time should be around 20-30 minutes.
Stracchino cheese, milk and cereals, dark chocolate, tea and espresso. The result of forgetting to do the shopping + having to stay up so late studying and learning stuff.
Chicken with a garlic and butter sauce, crushed potatoes & sweet peas. A nectarine, a chocolate mini roll and salted peanuts now
Fried chicken, mixed salad (red onions, tomatoes, etc) and burger sauce. Burger sauce really isn't that good in a chicken wrap
Double fried egg and mortadella saundwich with sweet chili sauce. It is the true clean and jerk of sandwiches.
Note the times of my last two posts. When I posted I began eating Popeye's Chicken. This post marks the end of my 12 piece spicy box of delight. Took a while, it was a lot, and I feel no shame for it.
