I've just started TKD and i wanna get in better shape, I'm not very flexible which i think i really need to improve on and probably a lot of my muscles too....can anyone offer me any advice on how to go about this Cheers

Maybe if you spell Flexibility correctly in the MAP Search function you'll find the 100 or so threads related to it.
