catch-up potato yesterday was a 3-4h session at convoy, training by myself, eating and resting, training some more, then training with pedro, then training some more. snatch's become poopoo again, speed is way up, overhead strength is on point (150 ohs lockout), and squats are decent (back up to 110 paused, front up to 100). prior days were awful aside from the cleans, so not logging them. also, normal speed 85kg clean: https://instagram.com/p/1jzkTBJAtR/
surprise potato: 1h weightlifting: an hour of clean and jerk. did 95 and 97.5 (pressout on the latter), then clean only for 80kg 2x4 and 85kg 1x4. last minute potato: ohp: 60kg 1x5 62.5kg 1x5 60kg 3x5 quickie before kali. the road to 80kg has officially begun. felt like crap though (prolly bad sleep quality). 1.5h kali: le sticks.
tuesday taters: ohp: 60kg 1x5 62.5kg 1x5 60kg 3x5 tuesday morning lifting. very low energy, which was annoying, but got all reps in. may have benefitted from programming lower too, but i have done better than this before so i'm going to be a stubborn ******* and do it like this, because screw me, that's why front squat: 90kg 1x2 95kg 1x2 100kg 1x2 102.5kg 1x2 105kg 1x2 100kg 1x5 tuesday evening after uni and a very irresponsible carb overload. pretty pleased with it.
paltry potato: friday: ~3h whatever: I don't remember what I did on thursday but lifting wise it was nothing notable. on friday went to a friend's new box which has really good weightlifting and strongman equipment. did a few hours of varied training there, then stuck around for a bbq. physique's wasted this week so performance was horrid, but i put some work in. felt way better on saturday (backlogging this at 3am on sunday ) but gonna take it easy when i lift again on monday (and likely deload all my lifts to around 50% and work back up session by session) saturday: ~2h kali: around 2h but dunno time. special class before celebrating the head teacher's 70th birthday (he moves better than most 20 year olds ). afterwards a ton of food and laughs
