My workout routine used to just be "whatever we did at hapkido". The dojo I trained at had an emphasis on conditioning as well as technique, so relying on class was definitely not slaking off... However, as I am no longer in that class I have decided to start making myself my own routine! And I decided I'll post a log here because why not. Planning to make Saturdays my hard days and Tuesdays my easier days, mostly because I have more time/energy to give on Saturdays. Also doing tkd on Mondays and Thursdays. If the conditioning in tkd class becomes harder, I might drop the Tuesday morning thing. We'll see. Enough of my rambling. Let the training commence! :lifting:
