Feeling a little groggy..

    Didnt get a great sleep last night, startin to feel the effects. I have muay thai in an hour. What are some ways to get pumped back up before i go?

    just get your ass there, once people are throwing knees at you you will soon wake up. Getting there is the hardes part.
