So, I have had some chamges in my life recently that are going to allow me to train more often. I have decided that it is time to make a new log to fit these new goals. So my goals are the following:

Focus on Judo - See if I can get to an international level.
Endurance Training - high rep low weight until my basement is finished, at which point I will switch to bodyweight.
    Cardio

Some other things that will be recorded in this log are:
    Diet
    Weight
    Overall wellness
    Sleep

So this log will be a log of my crappy exploits in judo and competing! In the future, I may transition into MMA, and see how I do in that. To makikiomi and beyond!

Mods feel free to change the title, I couldn't think of anything better.

    Notes:
Good workout, I do enjoy bodyweight more than lifting, so this works well. I may go for a run later in the day.
I am also going to look at stabilizing my sleeping pattern so I can wake up earlier and do my workouts before school.

I had a tournament last weekend, I lost my first fight because I am a idiot who tried to Tomoe Nage, and the second because I was far out matched, that went well!
