What are oestrogen blockers, Maverick?
KE...I'm allergic to milk. Kills my insides, I puke everywhere.
Then we need to find another cheap, plentiful source of protein. Soya probably isn't a good idea. Heavier periods, etc, you don't want to know. A ton of red meat would be ideal, but probably very expensive. The important part is really the squats, anyway.
Well...they do exactly what they say on the tin. Block estrogen, leading to an increase in testosterone to make up for it. I'm not sure how happy you'd be with a beard though, thus the
I hate milk too, which is why there's whey, tuna, mince...etc. eat eat eat
I have to share my new favorite protein for people that can't do whey- Rice Protein. It's very easy to digest and doesn't have estrogen(unlike soy). It has all the aminos, and it's not too expensive. And the taste is great.
