Well as alway's Submisson Wrestling is My Foundation for The Fight. I Lift Weights & practise KickBoxing. Im Working With Boyd Ritchie (Sambo) Tim Hartman (Arnis) This is My 4th NHB Fight 3-0 And My 2nd Titel defence I train all the Time not just for a Fight so My Shape is Good 3 Weeks will be plenty for the Fight. Win or Lose Im there to Fight.

Mon I start of in the mornig on a Tread Mill 30 Min. From 4:30 to 6:30 Arnis, Then from 7- 10 Submisson Wrestling Tuesday's I lift Weights in the Mornig & Practise KickBoxing in the Afternoon. Wed Arnis from 4:30 till 7 Then Sambo from 7 till 8 Thursday I Lift Weights in the Morning & Practise KickBoxing in The Afternoon Friday I Lift Weights in The Morning & Submission Wrestling at Night Saturday i rest Sunday I lift weights Thats pretty much it
i hope it's not too personal, but are you only into training? is that what you do or is there a job also in between? i'm asking because i know from experience that it's tough to combine work and training if you are serious about both.
