Dynamic Katate the LP

Guess what I found in the local Oxfam? An LP for teaching Karate.
Oh yeah for all the younger members it's like a really big CD.
Dont have my hi fi set up so wont be able to listen to it for a couple of days.
Adam VIII presents Dynamic Karate New York 1974 with step by step book and with over 70 action photos
If this is a real big collectors item I will consider offers from MAP members in good standing

 

An LP of this magnatude requires pimpin' Afro!

So either get down and grow one...

or get the Afro wig with a chin strap.

This is probably really effective karate because it's for ah ah ah ah stayin' alive.
