OK so i went to the physio atlast about my leg... Stabbed with pins Battery hooked up to pins Pins removed after being zapped Leg Pummelled All of which did hurt but tickled too so I laughed like a pain-loving maniac all the way through So, i need to do dynamic stretches before and after I work out or do MA or whatever.... know any?
doing dynamic raises after a workout woul dprobably be detrimental to your dynamic flexibility. why dont you do a search, dynamic stretching has been discussed umpteen times.
I'll echo what Wynnema said, doing dynamic leg swings AFTER a workout seems a bit odd. Passive static stretching makes much more sense. If you google "dynamic stretching" you'll come up with a ton of info. Just because your hamstring is injured doesn't mean you need to be spoon-fed your information
Try pendelum leg-swings: Keep your legs straight but not rigged and swing your foot waistheight to the front. Without setting your foot down, while keeping your leg as straight as possible, swing your leg backwards as high as you comfortably can. Its ok to bend the leg a bit at the apex of the rear swing. You should feel the hamstring of the leg swung forward stretched, and the hamstring of the leg your standing on on the back swing. Make sure you warmup before you stretch anything. Good luck with the rehab. /edit Try outside-wheelkicks and Side-legraises , too. Make sure you keep them atleast waist hieght and do them slow.
