Thanks for taking the time to feedback, always solid description from you I had never thought about it from that perspective using less in out movement, having spent a lot of time using a heavy bag. I'll definitely be focusing on that.
Floyd shows it well. Feet planted a lot more, working body movement from the waist, short, sharp punches and working the reactions from the feedback given by the bag.
