Let me know if anyone is interested in learning how to make dit da jow.

I have been making it for over 15 years.

It is much more than just herbs sitting in vodka.

Without practical experience and knowldge in Dit Da Medicine, buying herbs and soaking them in alcahol is really a waste of time and money. As Dale Dugas said "It is much more than just herbs sitting in vodka."

It's a fairly pointless thing to do in any case. If you hands are screwed, rest them. better still, wear bag gloves and wraps like sane people do.

I use Traumeel. Benefit #1, It is easy to find in a natural health food store. Benefit #2, it doesn't stink or discolor your skin/clothing.

I am unable to source Dit Da Yow anywhere apart from the internet, Everytime I got to the chinese herbalist I get offered Tiger Balm, Woodlock and Red ???? ointment. I got a friend who goes over every couple of years to china who brings me back 8 bottles of Woodlock for the same price as 1 bottle from here.

I therefore use, Woodlock, Tiger Balm, Deep Heat, Thai Oil and Mahanarayan Tel to ease my joints bruises and bones. I've given up on sourcing Dit Da Yow for now
