disk defragging 2

hi all

i have tried to defrag my sons laptop (an ACER) and his main hard drive is lamost full. it has a file that takes up almost 25% on its own but i dont kow what it is and how to delete it.

any tips?

the file is :

DS_PSD_drive.vmdf and its huge 4.2mg. i have googled it and dont know what it is or how to remove it. im a bit worried as i havent removed a program like this before.

ay ideas guys?

It's proberly a hidden partition system found on Acer computers.

theres no doubts about it , iam more than 90% sure it will be a partion

what to do is check the size of the HDD and then it will become clear . if its a partion on the hard drive or not
