Anyone judoka eat a specific diet? I'm looking to shed weight, I'm currently 123 kg and looking for eventually get down to 100-110 kg. Does anyone have any nutrition advice to share or even a diet? Thanks
Meal 1 1cup (raw) oatmeal Half diced apple Tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup oat bran Meal 2 1 large can of tuna or salmon or 200grm chicken 1 cup (raw) brown rice Meal 3 Lite yoghurt Walnuts or Almonds Meal 4 250grm chicken or 200grm salmon (fresh) 2 cups frozen mixed veges Snack foods...vegetables. 6 cups of green tea per day. Multi vitimin. Something like this for a short while wil help you lose weight.
When your eating less calories than you are burning, it would be good to keep lifting heavy weight and getting plenty of protein to try keep muscle loss to a minimum. I lost 10kg in 7 weeks and my strength didnt suffer much.
