Demonstration

Woohoo, doing a demo in, like, 2 hours.... but the question is.... what break shall i do? its onyl 1" wood, so should be nice and easy... was considering twist-kick but i couldn't get through teh re-breakable board sop i'm not too sure about it

 

Toilet paper break? Something with a gimmick.

 

aah yes, very good as it turned out i did high side kick in the first demo, then axe kick in the last. all went well tho.

 

Jump spin kick, knife hand break, blind back kick.

Fly kick spininning hook kick combo is probably the best break you can do. Its sooo damn sexy aswell.
