    Alreet.
next week i will be taking part in a MA demo for the local MENCAP (a charity that works with people with learning disabilities) in which, instead of just demonstrating the art, we will be letting the people take part in some warm-up, basics and bag-work.

has anyone ever done like an "interactive" demo ie demonstration sections and letting less-abled (i dont like the term disabled), either physically or mentally, people join in? how did it go? what kind of things did you let them do?

    cheers

Just a thought.... have you considered basic punches or maybe board beaks. Board breaks really aren't all that hard, you can get volunteers to do an elbow strike, which should be easy for anyone with the lowest injury chance. That might not be practicle, depending on the audience.
