Decent schools?

So anyone know of a decent school in the Durham Region area of the GTA Ontario Canada

I'm 45 and well likely well out of shape. I trained for 21 years in other art.
Have recently given up teaching. Looking to expand horizons. Unsure if I should get in better shape 1st.

But any feedback is great

I can vouch for this place based on second hand information. One of the guys at my gym trains there and says its good.

It would be this or Systema. Both I've been attracted to for different reasons

 

I sent them a message, shall see further into it. Literally almost at the end of my street. I could walk there in 15 mins

Not just yet. I am afraid the "season" got in the way. New year upcoming time for a decent start. I have tried a few times to get in touch with them to no avail but will give it more a shot.

 

I think I might actually pop down there tonite

 

Good plan, if normal classes arnt on, often Xmas break open mats are.
